Next Heartcycle, Prev Heartcycle, Print1, Print2, Update, Next
Step (Scan Assistant), Previous Step (Scan Assistant), Scan
Assistant pause/Resume.
Enter Utility -> Application-> Settings to configure the
Footswitch functions.
