Oven Node Selector - Turn outer ring to select:
PROOF- Maintains a warm environment
useful for rising yeast-leavened products.
BAKE- Select for traditional baking.
CONVBAKE- Usefor convection baking.
CONVROAST- Usefor convection roasting.
BROIL- Select for broiling,
CLEAN- Selectfor the self-cleaning
function, Seethe Self-Cleaning Ovensection.
Temperature Knob - Turn to select:
Temperatures from 175°Fto 550°F.
LOW BROIL- A lower broiling temperature
isautomatically set.
HIGH BROIL- A higher broiling temperature
is automatically set.
CLEAN- The self-clean temperature is
automatically set.
Hini-Knob - Turn to select and push to enter
PROBEor TIMERsettings. Also to adjust CLEAN
cycletime.
Timer Button - Pushto select the kitchen
timer function. Thetimer does not control oven
operations.
Oven Display - Displays oven functions such
as oven and probe temperatures and kitchen
timer.
The Oven Node Selector (11AND the Temperature
Knob (2) must be set together in one of the
following valid pairings:

BAKE 175° to S50°F
CONVBAKE 175° tO S50°F
CONVECTION/ROAST 1750to 550°F
BROIL HIGHor LOW BROIL
CLEAN CLEAN
PROOF
To cancel a feature, turn either the Oven Node
Selector or the Temperature knob to OFF,
TO cancel PROOF,turn the Oven Node Selector
to OFF.
