How to

Convection Baking is ideal for evenly browned
baked foods cooked on single or multiple rocks.
Select Convection Roast to roast large, tender cuts
of meat uncovered.
When set on CONV BAKE or CONV ROAST,the rear
convection elements and the fan operate when the
oven is heating.
1. Turn the Oven Mode Selector to COt,IV BAKE or
CONV ROAST.
2.UsingtheTemperatureknob,setthedesired
temperature, in 25°F increments, from 175°F
to 550°R
The oven will now begin to preheat The
temperature display will begin at 100°F and remain
there until the oven exceeds that temperature.
From that point, the display will show the actual
temperature.

Suggested shelf positions are intended as general
guidelines. Experiment with these positions for
specific foods and personal preference.
Theinterior lightswill turn on and stayon until
the ovenisturned off.The convectionovenfan
willturn on during preheat.The control will beep
whenthe oven ispreheatedand food can be
placedinsidethe oven.
3.Turnthe OvenMode Selectorand the
Temperatureknobto OFFwhenconvection
cooking isfinished.
NOTE:Acooling fan will turn onto cool internal
ports.Thisis normal,andthe fan may continueto
run evenafter the oven isturned off.
Usethe temperature probewhen a preciseinternal
temperature isimportant. SeeUsingthe probe.

remove and replace the racks.
Thedouble-ovenrangehasa small oven with 4 rock
