Turn the Mini-Knob to adjust the oven thermostat
up to 35°F hotter or (-)3S°F cooler in I°F
increments.

thethermostat of the small oven by turning
the Mini-Knobabovethe small oven.Use
the large oven Mini-Knob to selectthat
adjustment.

Push to select
& Pushthe Mini-Knob to selectyour choiceand exit
the mode. Ifyou do not wishto save changes,
pushthe TIMERbutton to exitat any time.
NOTE: This adjustment will only affect Bake,
Convection Bake and Convection Roast
temperatures; it does not affect broiling
or self-cleaning temperatures. The adjustment
will be retained in memory after a power failure.
Donot usethermometers,such asthose found
in grocery stores,to check the temperature setting
ofyour oven.Thesethermometersmay vary
20-/40degrees.
Sabbath
mode
Toset the Sabbath mode:
TheSabbathmode isdesignedfor use onthe Jewish
Sabbathand other Jewish holidays.
Itcan be usedfor baking only. It cannot be used
for anyother cookingmode.
Whenthe Sabbathfeature is set,the ovenlight
and all audiblebeepswilt be disabled.Thefeature
will alsoprovidea randomdelay period,of
approximately 30 secondsto i minute, before
the ovenwillturn on once it is set to BAKE.

PushandholdtheTIMERbuttonand Mini-Knob
at the sametime for/4 seconds until the display
shows"SF"(SpecialFeatures).
Turnthe Mini-Knob clockwiseuntil the display
scrolls"SAbbAtH."Pushthe Mini-Knob to select
the Sabbathmode.
Once"SAbbAtH"isselected,the displaywill scroll
"SAbbAtHON".
TheSabbathsetting will control both ovens.
Thesymbol ] will appear in both oven display
windows.
Fordoubleoven models,usethe largeoven
control to setthe Sabbathfeature for both ovens.
