Desmontagem
• Servindo-se da chave de
bocas, rodar a tampa do
cilindro (140) em X
(SW 32), elevando a
extremidade do anel de
retenção (10) do furo
longitudinal e, após
uma volta completa,
remover; levantar o
cilindro (140).
CUIDADO
Perigo de danificação do
actuador da válvula!
Todas as superfícies do
disco da válvula são
superfícies funcionais.
Desmontar cuidadosa-
mente o disco da válvula.
• Puxar o disco da válvu-
la (15) para fora do
cilindro/da caixa.
Todos os componentes
são facilmente acessíveis.
Prior to dismantling
the valve
DANGER
Before detaching the pipe connection and the semi-
annular connections on the valve housing, always take
the following preparatory measures:
• Make sure that during maintenance and repair work
no process is in operation in the area concerned.
• All pipe system elements attached to the valve must
be drained and, if necessary, cleaned or rinsed.
• Shut off the control air supply, unless it is required for
dismantling the valve.
• If possible, take the valve out of the pipe system togeth-
er with all housings and housing connections.
Antes de desmontar
PERIGO
Antes de desapertar a união da tubagem e a união de
anel articulado da caixa da válvula, efectuar sempre os
seguintes passos:
• Assegurar que durante os trabalhos de manutenção
não decorrem nenhuns processos na zona correspon-
dente.
• Se necessário, esvaziar e, se necessário, limpar ou
lavar todos os elementos de tubagem com ligação à
válvula.
• Fechar o ar de comando sempre que não seja necessá-
rio para a desmontagem.
• Se possível, retirar a válvula com todas as caixas e
conexões de caixa da secção da tubagem.

Dismantling
• Turn the cylinder cover
(140) at X (a/f 32) using
an open end spanner,
while doing so lift the
end of the circlip (10)
from the slot and
remove it after a full
revolution. Take off the
cylinder cover (140).
CAUTION
Risk of damaging the
valve disk!
All valve disk surfaces are
functional surfaces. Care-
fully remove the valve
disk.
• Pull out the valve disk
(15) from the cylinder/
housing.
All components are
accessible.
