Troubleshooting
Nothing seems to be working (CE/AS/NZS models) or (European models)
Turn the system off and verify that all screws on the the terminal block are tight.
Pull on the cables to ensure that they are solidly fixed. Turn the device back on.
For single phase system
• Measure the tension between line 1 (L1) and neutral (N)�
• You should measure 230 V�

For dual phase systems
• Measure the tension between line 1 (L1) and neutral (N) and between line 2 (L2) and neutral (N)�
• You should measure 230V in both cases�
