Replacement of fuse
Inspection or replacement of
fuse
If any electrical components do not work,
the fuse may have blown. If this happens, it
is recommended to check as follows and
replace the fuse if necessary.
1. Turn off the vehicle power supply and all
electrical equipment, and disconnect
the negative battery cable.
2. Clamp the fuse head with the fuse clip
and remove the fuse. Check whether
the wire is blown.
A - Fuse is in good condition
B - Fuse is blown
For the blown fuse, do not attempt to
repair it or replace it with a fuse with
different color or ampere value, otherwise
the electrical system will be damaged or a
fire will occur due to overloading of wires.
3. Replace with a new fuse of the same
model. If the fuse blows immediately
after replacement, please contact Geely
Service for maintenance as soon as
possible.
The fuse color represents the
amperage of the fuse, which is also
marked on the fuse.
All electrical components on the
vehicle may be damaged if splashed
with liquid. Be sure to secure the covers of
all electrical parts and components.
