In humid climate, do not let the cold air blow
the windshield, otherwise the temperature dif-
ference between the inside and outside of the
compartment may result in severe fogging.
Defrost
Outer side of the windshield
In order for best performance, set the control-
ler to:
Fan speed -- any setting except “OFF”
Temperature -- point to warm (red zone)
Air intake -- exterior circulation (outside air)
Airow -- Windshield
Air conditioner — closed
To increase the temperature when defrosting
the windshield, you can select the airow from
oor or windshield.
Floor/Windshield Airow.
If you are not satisfied with the airflow con-
trol, check the side vent. The side vent may
be opened or closed as shown in the following
illustration.
