24. Park Brake
When parking the car, apply the park brake
securely to avoid unexpected slides of the car.
Setting: lift the brake lever. In order to obtain
better retaining force, depress the brake pedal
and hold it until the park brake is fully applied.
You have to make sure that the park
brake is fully released and the parking
brake indicator lamp goes off.
Release: lift the brake lever (1) slightly, press
the UNLOCK button (2) then put it down (3).
In order to indicate that the park brake has
been applied, the park brake indicator on the
instrument panel will go on until the park
brake is released.
