Leather Inside the Car
Leather accessories can be cleaned with neutral
cleanser for wool products.
Dip soft cloth with cleanser mixed with 5%
neutral cleanser for wool products, and wipe
the dust away. Clean the residue of cleanser
completely with a clean wet cloth.
Dry leather with clean soft cloth after it is
cleaned or when it is wet. Let the leather dry in
shady and ventilated place.
If dirt does not come off with neutral
cleanser, use cleanser without organic
substances.
Do not use organic cleanser such
as volatile oil, alcohol, gasoline or acid,
leather fades with these substances.
Nylon brushes and synthetic fabric
scratch leather threads.
Dirty leather accessories mold. Avoid
oil stain and keep the accessories clean.
Park the car under shades, especial-
ly in summer because leather hardens or
shrinks after long time exposure in sun.
Avoid placing articles made of poly-
ethylene or wax on leather accessories
in hot summer because the temperature
inside the vehicle can be very high and
those substances will stick to leather in
high temperature.
Incorrect cleaning of leather acces-
sories may result in fading or spots.
