Coolant Drain Plug
Radiator Cap
Do not open radiator cap when en-
gine temperature is high to avoid scald.
Do not unscrew coolant drain plug
when engine temperature is high, to
avoid being burnt.
Check radiator and condenser
If any of the above two parts is very dirty, or
unable to tell their status, send the vehicle to
Geely service station.
Do not touch radiator or condenser when
engine is still hot, to avoid being burnt.
Notice
To avoid radiator or condenser damages,
please do not operate it yourself.
Replace coolant
Close circuit radiator uses long life coolant. It
must be replaced after a certain period.
1. Drain coolant
1.) Open radiator cap.
2.) Open radiator drain plug, and drain all
the coolant from radiator
2. Fill coolant
1.) Put on radiator drain plug on and
fasten it.
2.) Fill coolant of correct density into radia
-
tor and expansion tank.
Lower limit
(Low)
Upper limit
(Full)
Expansion Tank
3.) Fill the radiator and expansion tank to
FULL.
4.) After lling, screw the radiator cap and
expansion tank cap.
