* for dG.t < 10 sec. the SSR_SHORT alarm is detected every dG.t seconds only when power = 0%.
* for dG.t ≥ 10 sec. the SSR_SHORT alarm is detected every dG.t seconds switching off the power for
60 msec. indipendently from the power value.
Note: with output power < dG.P the SSR_SHORT alarm in diagnostic is not detected.
