Clerk Interrupt
In a busy environment one clerk can interrupt another
by pressing his/her own clerk button.
The original clerk is automatically stored.
For example:
Clerk 1 (with the items vodka and Malibu stored)
& Clerk 2 ready for a new sale

The newly signed on clerk can also be interrupted by
any subsequent clerk.
For example:
Clerk 2 is stored, & Clerk 4 is ready for a new sale

clerk button to store the sale
