• Remove power from the backup unit.
• Open the front panel by removing the four
screws.

• Disconnect the batteries.
• Remove the batteries from the backup
unit.
Fig.6: Replacing the batteries
• Install the batteries inside the unit.
• Connect the cables to the batteries.
• Put the front panel back in place and
fasten with the four screws.
