Chapter 13 Principle and Clinical Application
The matched ECG sampling clip gathers the change of hearts integrated potential, which is
periodically changed with the cardiac cycle, from the skin surface, then form the dynamic curves,
namely ECG. After that analyze based on it.
Steps are as following:
The 8-lead ECG signal is switched to numeric signal through A/D conversion, and it stores data
and displays waveform via magnifying and filtering. Then examine QRS waves and P waves,
identify the dividing point of P, QRS and T waves, measure parameters and distill the characters.
At last, come to the data forms and diagrams after calculating.
Clinical application:
Sinus P-QRS-T characters.
Atrial P’-QRS-T characters. If atrial P wave appears, it can be diagnosed to be atrial beat.
Basic characters of junctional P-QRS-T waves group. If junctional pacemaker is provided
agitatedly and abnormally, it will come into being junctional arrhythmia.
Basic characters of ventricular QRT-T waves group, if myocardial infraction waveform
shows up, it can be diagnosed to be myocardial infraction.
Niveau diagnosis of Ventricular proiosystole.
Niveau diagnosis of Ventricular tachycardia. It can be variant angina pectoris, acute
m
yocardial infarction(AMI), rheumatic valvulitis, cardiomyopathy, congenital cardiopathy,
diabetes mellitus, cerebrovascular disease, cardiopathy postoperation, cardiac failure.
