9.2.8 HRT
HRT is a kind of bidirectional physiological response of sinus node to ventricular premature
contraction. It shows the short-time heart rate acceleration and following heart rate deceleration.
HRT can be expressed by two parameters(TO and TS). Premature ventricular beat can lead to the
blood pressure turbulence of artery (low amplitude premature beat and the following normal
heartbeat of high amplitude ). When the auto-adjustment function of human body is natural, the
short-lived change will be shown in the form of HRT immediately. When the auto-adjustment
function of the human is damaged, this change will weaken or even disappear (As Figure 88).
