Replacing the CANdi Module
If CANdi fails and Customer Support (800-828-6860) has verified that it needs to be replaced, package the
CANdi module and send it freight prepaid to the nearest Vetronix Warranty Repair Center, as listed below.

Please enclose your telephone number, return address, and an explanation of the problem. If the product
is determined to be in warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge and returned freight prepaid.
If determined to be non-warranty, the product will be repaired for a nominal service fee, plus freight costs.
