Low Insulation

1. The PV string is
short-circuited
to PE.
2. The PV system
is in a moist
environment and
the cable is not
well insulated to
the ground.
1. Check whether the resistance of the PV string
to PE exceeds 50kΩ. If no, check the short
circuit point.
2. Check whether the PE cable is connected
correctly.
3. If the resistance is lower on rainy days, please
reset the ISO.

1. The PE cable of
the inverter is not
connected well.
2. The L cable
and N cable
are connected
reversely when
output of the
PV string is
grounded.

1. If the exception is caused by an external fault,
the inverter will recover automatically after
solving the problem.
2. If the problem occurs frequently and the PV
station cannot work properly, contact the
dealer or the after-sales service.
