What to do if the circuit breaker trips on my Graco Reactor A-25 Paint Sprayer?
    • D
      David MoralesSep 1, 2025
If the external main supply power circuit breaker trips and the Reactor disconnect switch fails when switched on for your Graco Paint Sprayer, it could be because the power terminal jumper was left in the 200-240V, 1 phase position while using 200-240V, 3 phase or 350-415V, 3 phase power. To fix this, place the jumpers in the correct position. Also, replace the main power disconnect switch.
  • B
    Brian VillarrealAug 31, 2025
Why is there no power when disconnect switch is turned on in my Graco Paint Sprayer?
    • M
      mooreleslieAug 31, 2025
If your Graco Paint Sprayer shows no power when the disconnect switch is turned on while using 200-240V, 1 phase or 200-240V, 3 phase power, it might be due to the power terminal jumper being in the 350-415V, 3 phase position as it was shipped from the factory. To resolve this, place the jumpers in the correct position. Also, ensure that the Main Disconnect Switch is turned ON.

Why is fluid pressure low or dropping in my Graco Reactor A-25 Paint Sprayer?
    • K
      katherinestaffordAug 27, 2025
Low or dropping fluid pressure can be caused by several factors. Ensure the air supply pressure is adequate when spraying. It might be necessary to increase air compressor size to meet flow requirements. Also, remove any airline quick disconnects and use a 3/8 in. (0.95 cm) ID or larger air supply hose (or 1/2 in. (12.7 mm) if longer than 25 ft (7.6 m)). Finally, check for icing in air motor exhausts or mufflers.

What to do if Graco Reactor A-25 Paint Sprayer display does not illuminate?
    • R
      ramirezangelaAug 26, 2025
If the display doesn't illuminate, check if the power cord is plugged in and the disconnect switch is ON. Also, ensure the input voltage is within specifications and check all wire and cable connections.
