How to safely disconnect the power when performing maintenance.
• A separating switch must be installed next to the machine. This must be in off-
position. The rinse aid and detergent installation must also be put out of circuit, unless it
is supplied from the GRANULDISK machine.
• The separating switch must be fitted with a safe-guard against switching on,
preferably by locking.
• A sign that is prohibiting any operation of the switch must be posted at the separation
point. The sign must be mounted securely in such a way that is remains mounted the
duration of the work.
• Ensure the machine is dead by undoing the front cover, the lid to the electrical
cabinet and measure the incoming voltage on Q1. There must not be any voltage
between any of the phases or between any of the phases and protective earth.
