The cutterhead knives on the Model G0689
are extremely sharp. Brushing your finger
along the edge can result in a severe cut.
Take extreme caution when doing any of
the adjustments involving the cutterhead
knives. Wear heavy leather gloves any-
time it is necessary to manually rotate the
cutterhead assembly.

To maintain accurate and consistent plan-
ing results, we do not recommend sharpen-
ing the knives. Instead, replace both knives
when they get dull.
