3.2 Zwei Schrauben d und eine Schraube g herausdrehen. Achten Sie darauf,
da die mittlere Schraube g bei einem Teil der Gerate kuirzer sein kann als die
beiden Schrauben d. {Abb. 1)
3.3 Frontblende 1 leicht nach vorne kippen und die 4 Schrauben e je nach Lauf-
werk herausdrehen; eventuell Zahiwerkriemen 19 Uber die Steckverbindung
(Abb. 2) legen.
— Laufwerk nach hinten herausnehmen.
Beim Einbau des Laufwerkes A oder B achten Sie bitte auf die Masseverbin-
dung f (Abb. 2}
Der weitere Einbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
4. Riemenwechsel
4.1 Antriebsriemen LW 43 (Abb. 5) Laufwerk A (Sach Nr. 72008-297.57),
Laufwerk B (Sach-Nr. 72008-297.48).
— Gehause abnehmen, Pkt. 1. ;
~ Verbindungen zum Laufwerk A oder Laufwerk B lésen, Pkt. 2 oder 2a und 2b.
~ Laufwerk A bzw. Laufwerk B ausbauen, Pkt. 3.
— Feder LW 46 aushangen.
- 3 Schrauben n herausdrehen und Kleines Chassisblech p (Abb. 2) mit dem
Motor LW 36 (Tonwellenmotor) hochklappen.
- Riemen LW 43 Laufwerk A bzw. Laufwerk B (Abb. 5) wechsein.
Da der Riemen beim Auflegen auf die Motorriemenscheibe wieder leicht von
der Schwungscheibe fallt, ist es einfacher. Sie legen den Riemen zuerst Uber
die Schwungscheibe oder die: Schwungscheiben (Abb. 5) und dann Uber die
Outsert-Klammer w. Klappen Sie nun das Chassisblech p nach unten und
schrauben es mit den 3 Schrauben n fest. Jetzt legen Sie den Riemen mit ei-
ner Pinzette von der Outsert-Klammer duf die Motorriemenscheibe um. Lauf-
werk in umgekehrter Reihenfolge einbauen. AnschlieBend Gleichlauf, Pkt. 12
Uberprifen.

4.2 Profilriemen 19 (Zahlwerkriemen, nur Laufwerk B).
— Gehause abnehmen, Pkt. 1.
— Cassettendeckel nach oben abziehen, Pkt. 3,1.
— 2Schrauben dund 1 Schraube g herausdrehen, Pkt. 3.2.
— Frontblende 1 leicht nach vorne kippen, die 6 Schrauben e herausdrehen und
das Laufwerk B nach hinten herausnehmen, Pkt. 3.3.
4.3 Auswurfhebel LW 21 (Abb. 6) in Richtung Motoranschllisse LW 36 bewegen,
bis der Cassettenrahmen LW 28 aufklappt.
4.4 Schraube q herausdrehen, Schnapphaken r ausrasten und Abdeckblech s
abnehmen.
- Profilriemen 19 wechseln.
Laufwerk in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammen - und einbauen.
5. Kupplungswechsel (Abb. 7, Abb. 8)
Vorlaufkupptung LW 9 oder Kupplung LW 10 (Riicklauf).
(Fur beide Laufwerke A/B ist der Kupplungswechsel gleich)
~- Gehause abnehmen, Pkt. 1.
— Cassettendecke! des auszubauenden Laufwerkes abziehen, Pkt. 3.1.
- 2 Schrauben dund 1 Schraube g herausdrehen, Pkt. 3.2 und das Laufwerk
herausnehmen, Pkt. 3.3.
— Cassettenrahmen aufklappen, Pkt. 4.3.
3.2 Undo two screws d and one screw g . Note that in part of the tape decks
screw g in the middle may be shorter than the two screws d. (Fig.1)
3.3 Slighly open the front mask 1 on the upper edge and remove the four screws
e of the drive mechanism concerned; put the counter belt 19 around the plug-
type connector (fig. 2).
— Take out the drive mechanism towards the back.
When reassembling drive mechanism A or B take care of earth connection f
fig. 2).
Then continue in reverse order.
4. Replacement of the belt
4.1 Drive belt LW 43 (Fig. 5) of drive mechanism A (part no. 72008-297.57),
drive mechanism B (part no. 72008-297.48).
~ Remove the upper part of the cabinet (point 1)
- Disconnect the leads from drive mechanism A or B (point 2 or 2a and 2b).
— Remove drive mechanism A or B (point 3).
- Unhook spring LW 46.
-— Loosen three screws n and raise the small chassis panel p (Fig. 2) with the
motor LW 36 (capstan motor).
— Replace the belt LW 43 of drive mechanism A or B (Fig. 5).
Since the belt drops easily from the flywheel of the motor pulley we recom-
mend to put the belt first around the flywheel or flywheels (Fig. 5) and then
around the outsert clamp w.
Now turn down the chassis panel p and fasten it with 3 screwsn.. Then take
tweezer to take up the belt from the outsert clamp and put it around the motor
pulley. Reassemble the drive mechanism in reverse order.
Then check for sound level variations according to point 12.

4.2 Drive belt 19 (counter belt, only drive mechanism B).
Remove the cabinet, point 1
Pull out the cassette compartment lid, point 3.1
— Undo 2 screws d and 1 screw g, point 3.2
Slightly turn down the front mask to the front, undo 6 screws eaand take out
drive mechanism B to the back, point 3.3.
4.3 Move the eject lever LW 21 (Fig. 6) in the direction of the moter connectors
LW 36 so that the cassette compartment frame LW 28 opens.
4.4 Undo screw q, disengage the catch r and remove the cover plate s.
~ Replace the drive belt 19. :
Reassemble the drive mechanism in reverse order.
5. Replacement of the clutch (Fig. 7, Fig. 8).
— Clutch LW 9 (forward run) or clutch LW 10 (rewind).
(These instructions apply to both drive mechanisms A and B.)
— Remove the cabinet, point 1.
- Pull out the cassette compartment lid from the drive mechanisi concerned
(point 3.1).
- Undo 2 screws d and 1 screw g (point 3.2) and take out the drive Mechanism
(point 3.3).
— Open the cassette compartment frame (point 4.3).
