Abdeckblech s abnehmen, Pkt. 4.4.
Sperrscheibe t abnehmen und die Kupplung bzw. Vorlaufkupplung von der
Kupplungsachse abziehen. Achse nicht verbiegen!
Unter der Vorlaufkupplung LW 9 befindet sich eine Segmentscheibe zur
Steuerung des Sensors LW 48. Achtung: Keinen Ol- bzw. Fettfilm auf die
Segmentscheibe bringen. Die Segmente kénnen sonst vom Sensor nicht
mehr einwandfrei erkannt werden.
Motorwechsel
6.1 Motor LW 36 (Tonwellenmotor)
(Fur beide Laufwerke A/B ist der Motorwechsel gleich)
Gehause abnehmen, Pkt. 1
Verbindungen zum Laufwerk A oder Laufwerk B lésen, Pkt. 2 oder 2a und 2b.
Laufwerk ausbauen, Pkt.3
Feder LW 46 aushangen.
3 Schrauben n herausdrehen und kleines Chassisblech p (Abb. 2) mit dem
Motor LW 36 hochklappen.
Antriebsriemen LW 43 von der Motorriemenscheibe abnehmen und tiber die
Outsert-Klammer w legen. (Abb. 5)
Beim Ab- und Anléten der MotoranschluBieitungen ist auf die Polung zu ach-
ten.
3 Motorhalteschrauben LW 38 herausdrehen. Die 3 Motordampfungen
LW 37 bieiben im kieinen Chassisblech p.
Beim Einbau des Motors achten Sie bitte auf die Einbaulage o (Abb. 2).
Nach dem Motorwechsel ist die Bandgeschwindigkeit zu kontrollieren und ge-
gebenenfalls wie im »Elektrischen Teil« Pkt. 3 beschrieben, einzustellen.
6.2 Motor LW 35 (Wickelmotor)
(Fur beide Laufwerke A/B ist der Motorwechsel gleich)

Laufwerk ausbauen, Pkt, 3
Steuerplatte LW 44 durch herausdrehen der Schraube u abnehmen (Abb. 2)
Motoranschitisse abléten, dabei auf die Polung achten.
Bremshebel LW 8 an den beiden Schenkelenden zusammendrticken und die
beiden darunter befindlichen Motorhalteschrauben v herausdrehen (Abb. 8)
Motor wechseln.
Der weitere Einbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
. Schwungscheiben wechseln (Abb. 5, Riemeniaufplan).
(Schwungscheibe Laufwerk A - LW 49, Schwungscheiben Laufwerk B -
LW 49, LW 50).
Gehause abnehmen, Pkt. 1
Verbindungen zum Laufwerk A oder Laufwerk B ldsen, Pkt. 2 oder 2a und 2b.
Laufwerk ausbauen, Pkt. 3.
Staubschutzscheibe von der Tonwelle abziehen.
Feder LW 46 aushangen.
3 Schrauben n herausdrehen und kleines Chassisblech p (Abb. 2) mit dem
Motor LW 36 hochklappen
Riemen LW 43 abnehmen (eventuell nach Pkt. 4 verfahren)
Schwungrad nach hinten herausziehen.
Ist das neue Schwungrad eingebaut und die Staubschutzscheibe Uber die
Tonwelle geschoben, muB die Tonwelle mit Spiritus oder Testbenzin gereinigt
werden.

Remove the locking disk t and pull off the clutch or forward-wind clutch from
the clutch shaft. Take care not deform the shaft!
Below the forward-wind clutch LW 9 there is a sector disk which operates the
sensor LW 45.
Caution: Take care that the sector disk does not come into contact with oil or
grease. Otherwise, the sensor can no longer identify the individual sectors pre-
cisely.
Repla cement of motors
6.1 Motor LW 36 (capstan motor).
(these instructions apply to both drive mechanisms A and B).
Remove the cabinet (point 1).
Disconnect the leads to drive mechanism A or B (point 2 or 2a and 2b).
Disassemble the drive mechanism (point 3).
Unhook spring LW 46.
Undo 3 screws n and raise the small chassis panel p.
(Fig. 2) with the motor LW 36.
Remove the drive belt LW 43 from the motor pulley and put it around the out-
sertclamp w (Fig. 5).
Mind the polarity when unsoldering or soldering the connecting leads.
Undo 3 motor fastening screws LW 38,
The 3 motor dampeners LW 37 remain on the small chassis panel p.
Please mind the mounting position 0 (fig. 2) when reassembling the motor.
After replacement of the motor check the tape speed and re adjust in the
»Elektrical Section« it if necessary, as described under point 3.
6.2 Motor LW 35 /winding motor)
(these instructions apply to both drive mechanisms A and B).
Remove the cabinet (point 1).
Disconnect the leads to drive mechanism A or B, (point 2 or 2a and 2b).
Take out the drive mechanism (point 3).
Undo screw u to remove the control board LW 44 (Fig. 2},
Unsolder the motor connecting leads; mind the polarity.
Press the two ends of the brake lever LW 8 together and unscrew the two
motor fastening screws v below the two legs. (Fig. 8).
Replace the motor.
Reassemblethe motor in reverse order.

Remove the cabinet (point 1)
‘ Disconnect the leadsto drive mechanism A or B (points 2 or 2a and 2b).
Disassemble the drive mechanism (point 3).
Pull off the dust washer from the capstan.
Unhook spring LW 46
Undo 3 screws n and raise the small chassis panel p (Fig. 2) together with the
motor LW 36.
Remove the belt LW 43 (possible proceed in accordance with point 4).
Pull out the flywheel to the back.
After
having
fitted
the
new
flywheel
and
the
dust
washe
on
the
capstan,
the
capstan
must
be
cleaned
with
spirit
and
benzene.
