Setting the Concentration Factor
1. From the Options menu, press
CONCENTRATION FACTOR:
OFF
. Select On to activate this feature.
2. Press the
FACTOR key and use the alphanumeric keypad to
enter the factor by which absorbance readings are to be
multiplied. Press the
UNIT key to select the units for
concentration measurements or to create a new unit.
3. Press
OK to confirm.
Selecting the Concentration Resolution
1. From the Options menu, press
CONCENTRATION
RESOLUTION
.
2. Select the resolution and press
OK.
6.3.2 Performing a Single Wavelength Measurement
1. Insert the blank cell into the cell holder. Press ZERO.
Note: The READ key is only active after the zero measurement has
been performed.
2. Insert the sample cell into the cell holder. Press READ.
