Pour-Thru Cell
A.5 Pour-Thru Cell Maintenance
Important Note: Do not use solvents (e.g. acetone or alcohol) to
clean the Pour-Thru Cell. A dilute acid solution can be used for
cleaning. Rinse thoroughly with deionized water.
If windows are cloudy or soiled, or bubbles form, add 50 mL of a
detergent solution to the cell and wait for a few minutes to allow it to
take effect. Purge the cell thoroughly with distilled water. Wipe the
windows of the cell with a soft cloth only. Paper towels and other
paper products may scratch the plastic windows.
