B.1.1 Entering a New Element of a Measuring Sequence
Important Note: Each component of the measurement process
must be entered in the order in which it will be performed.
1. Highlight the Measurement Process line in the data overview
and press
EDIT.
2. Press
EDIT again and then NEW.
Content and Definition of the Keys
[Z] Key / Zeroing
1. Press the
[Z] key to program a zero measurement and press
OK.
2. Press
NEW and then ZEROING. Use the alphanumeric keypad
to enter the wavelength at which the zero measurement is to be
performed and press
OK. Press OK again to confirm the input.

Note: The entered measurement sequence is displayed.
Timer Key
1. Press the
TIMER key to enter any waiting, reaction, or handling
times that have to be taken into account. Use the alphanumeric
keypad to enter the time and press
OK. Press OK again to
confirm the input.
Note: This time is integrated directly into the measurement process.
Note: The entered measurement sequence is displayed.
[R] Key / Reading
1. Press the
[R] key to program a measurement of the substance
that is to be analyzed and press
OK.
2. Press
NEW and then READING and use the alphanumeric
keypad to enter the wavelength at which the measurement is to
be performed and press
OK. Press OK again to confirm the
input.
Note: The entered measurement sequence is displayed.
