Table 3 Diagnostics/Test menu
Option Description
Module information Shows information about the sensor module.
Sensor information Shows the sensor name and the serial number entered by the user.
Calibration days Shows the number of days since the last calibration was done.
Calibration history Shows a list of calibrations by date/time stamp. Use the arrows keys to select a
calibration, then push OK to show the details.
Reset calibration history For service use only
Sensor signals Shows the current sensor signal information.
Membrane days Shows the number of days that the sensor membrane has been in operation.
Reset membrane Sets the Membrane days counter to zero and sets the calibration data to the
defaults.
Reset the Membrane days counter when the sensor membrane is replaced.
8.3 Warning list
A warning does not affect the operation of menus, relays and outputs. The screen changes to an
amber color. The diagnostics bar shows the warning. Push on the diagnostic bar to show the errors
and warnings. As an alternative, push the main menu icon, then select Notifications > Warnings.
A list of possible warnings is shown in Table 4.
Table 4 Warning list
Warning Description Resolution
DO is too high. The measured value is > 2000 ppb
(or 2 ppm).
Make sure that the dissolved oxygen (DO)
level in the process water is within the
operating limits of the sensor. Calibrate or
replace the sensor.
DO is too high. The measured value is < 0 ppb. Calibrate or replace the sensor.
Temperature is too high. The measured temperature is >
50 °C.
Decrease the sample temperature.
Temperature is too low. The measured temperature is <
0 °C.
Increase the sample temperature.
Current is too high. The measured current > 200 µA. Make sure that the dissolved oxygen level in
the process water is within the operating limits
of the sensor. Calibrate or replace the sensor.
Current is too low. The measured current < -0.5 mA. Calibrate or replace the sensor.
Calibration is overdue. The Calibration reminder time has
expired.
Calibrate the sensor.
Replace a sensor. The sensor has been in operation
for more than 365 days.
Replace the sensor membrane and calibrate
the sensor. If the calibration result is pass, set
the Membrane days counter to zero. Refer to
Diagnostics/Test menu on page 26.
