8.2 Disassembly of the Valve inset/Seat sealings
The disassembly of the valve inset for exchanging the seals in the product chamber is
described in this chapter.

Serial No. Type of activity
1 Unscrew the lower piston [1]. Hold screwing key area 2 against screwing key
area 3 for this.
2 Insert the lower piston [1] in the locking collar and unscrew the lower valve disk
[4] with a pin type face wrench.
3 Remove form seal [5].
4 Check the bore holes for the leakage chamber rinsing for dirt and clean if
necessary.
5 Insert the lower piston [6] in the locking collar and unscrew the upper valve disk
[7] with a pin type face wrench.
6 Remove form seal [8].
7 Remove the O-ring in the leakage chamber [9].
