Fault - Leakage Possible cause Measures
Outflow of fluid at the
leakage outlet (valve closed
and leakage CIP inactive).
• Form seals in upper or lower seat
area is defective.
• Check the outflowing liquid and
assign to the upper or lower pipe.
Check the corresponding sealing
seat or change the form seal.
Outflow of fluid at the
leakage outlet (valve opened
and leakage CIP inactive).
• O-ring in the leakage chamber is
defective.
• Check the sealing seat or change
the seal.
Outflow of fluid at the
overflow pipe of the upper
or lower flushing chamber.
• The upper or lower lip sealing is
defective or incorrectly installed.
• Check the corresponding sealing
seat or change the seal.
Outflow of fluid at the upper
or lower venting bore hole.
• Upper or lower flushing chamber
sealing defective.
• Change the quad-ring.
Fault - Leakage Possible cause Measures
No display of the valve
position.
• Plug defective.
• Electrical voltage supply
interrupted.
• The solenoid valves are defective
or the electrical control has been
disturbed or is not active.
• Check the solenoid valves and the
control.
