in compliance with the EC Recreational Craft Directive 94/25/EC,
Annex XV
We hereby declare that this boat, which is described in more detail below,
complies with the essential safety and health requirements as laid down in
the EC Recreational Craft Directive regarding its concept and construction
as well as the model placed on the market by us. This statement shall lose
its validity in case of any modifications to the boat that have an effect on
the “essential safety requirements” and which have not been agreed upon
with us.
