Cabling and Configuration
This chapter describes how to cable and set preliminary configuration to
the NSG. The various sections of this chapter are arranged according to
the order of actions you need to perform in order to start using the NSG
unit:

Unpacking the NSG
The NSG comes in a specially designed shipping container that ensures
its safety during shipping and handling. To avoid damaging the NSG,
unpack it carefully.
Installing the NSG
Each NSG unit consists of a1-RU chassis installed in a standard 19-inch
computer rack.
Note: Mounting the NSG unit in the rack should be such that a
hazardous condition is not achieved due to uneven mechanical loading.
To install the NSG unit:
1. Place the 1-RU chassis on the computer rack.
