purchase
and
invoice
number

an
exact
description
of
the
difficulty
(including switch
positions,
connections to
other
equipment, operating procedures used, voltage
readings
where
possible,
and
any
other
specific
information
you
think might
be
helpful.

FACTORY
REPAIR
SERVICE
You
can
return
your completed
kit
to the Service Department
of
Heath
(Gloucester) Ltd.
or
to the Heathkit
retail
showroom
in
London
for
any
necessary
repair
and
servicing.
A
service
charge
may
be
made
to
cover
labour
and
material costs . Please
refer
to our warranty
policy,
which
is
explained in our
current
catalogue.
Kits
that
have
been
modified
will
not
be
accepted
for
repair
without
prior
agreement.
Refer to the shipping
instructions
for
details
on
how
to package
and
send
your
kit
to
us
for
servicing.
IMPORTANT
To
be
eligible
for
replacement
parts
under the terms
of
the Warranty,
equipment returned
for
Factory Repair Service
must
be
accompanied
by
the invoice
number
issued
at
time
of
purchase.
