Auto-Disengage
To ensure safe and reliable automated steering, the auto-disengage
feature, if engaged, is always active and continually monitoring vehicle
operation. The eDriveTC
will automatically disengage whenever:
1. The current position error exceeds 6 feet (2 meters)
(or 10% of swath width, whichever is larger).
2. Manually turning the steering wheel. This activates the switch
sensor and disengages the auto sensor steering.
3. The vehicle’s ground speed is less than 1 m.p.h. or greater than 20
m.p.h.
Note: If your system has RTK corrections, the eDriveTC will
automatically disengage if your ground speed is less than 0.25
m.p.h. or greater than 20 m.p.h.
