Problem Cause Solution
Machine does not work. • The plug is not inserted in the
socket correctly
• The On/Off switch is in the
‘OFF’ position.
• A fuse in the machine is
ruptured.
• Push the plug into the socket correctly
• Put the switch in the ‘ON’ position.
• Contact your authorized service

The machine does not
work, but the lights are on.
• The lid micro switch is
damaged
• The thermal safeguard has
switched the machine off due to
overheating.
• A fuse could have.ruptured
• There is an internal
malfunction.

The vacuum pump is not

• The oil is too thick, the
temperature is too low.
• Let the pump warm up. (see “Warm
up” procedure)
There is insufficient

vacuum function is too low.
• There is not enough oil in the
pump.
• The oil is dirty.
• The suction filter is blocked
• The pump’s spray filter is
blocked
• The lid’s silicone gasket is
damaged.
• Increase the value of the vacuum
function
