  If your Henny Penny Fryer displays control error code “E-10”, it indicates an open high limit circuit. Allow the heating elements to cool for 15-20 minutes and then reset the high limit by pressing down and releasing the raised side of the switch for the vat that is not operating; these switches are located behind the right door next to the JIB. If the high limit does not reset, the high limit must be replaced.
