Summary

Step 1: Prepare Table Top

Invert Table Top

Invert table top on a clean, padded surface.

Align Top Casting

Align top casting on table top.

Secure Top Casting

Insert and tighten (4) screws.

Step 2: Assemble Threaded Rod

Prepare Rod and Jam Nut

Thread jam nut onto rod until it stops turning.

Attach Rod to Top Casting

Insert rod with jam nut into top casting and tighten jam nut.

Step 3: Install Tube

Place Tube Over Rod

Place the tube over the rod onto the top casting.

Step 4: Install Steel Bushing

Install Bushing (Universal Base)

For universal bases only, place steel bushing over rod into tube.

Step 5: Attach Base Casting

Align Base Casting

Invert base casting over tube, aligning legs with top casting arms. Insert casters if applicable.

Step 6: Final Tightening

Assemble Washers and Torque Nut

Assemble washer and lock washer onto rod, torque jam nut to 40 ft-lbs.

Step 7: Final Placement

Position Table

Place the table in an upright position and return it to service.
