Remove shipping rail, when attached, before attaching top casting(s).

Position top casting(s) on table top, align holes in top casting(s) with holes in table top.

Remove parts from carton using care to avoid damaging tabletop. Remove cardboard fillers
and discard.

Invert table top on a clean padded surface.

Insert (4) screws on each side and tighten.

Step 1

1.1 Remove parts from carton

Remove parts from carton, avoiding tabletop damage, and discard fillers.

1.2 Invert table top

Invert table top onto a clean padded surface for assembly.

1.3 Remove shipping rail

Remove shipping rail, if attached, before installing top castings.

1.4 Position top casting(s)

Position top castings on tabletop and align holes with tabletop holes.

Step 3

3.1 Thread jam nut

Thread jam nut onto one end of the threaded rod until it stops.

3.2 Threaded rod into top casting

Thread rod end with jam nut into top casting. Tighten jam nut against casting.

Step 4

4.1 Place tube over rod

Place the tube over the rod onto the top casting.

Step 5

5.1 Place spreader assembly

Place spreader assembly into the slot in tubes, when applicable.

Step 6

6.1 Insert legs into tubes

Insert the legs into the slots in the tubes.

Step 7

7.1 Place retainer ring

Place retainer ring in slot on legs and spreader assembly.

7.2 Place locating washer

Place locating washer over legs and spreader assembly.

7.3 Insert cap screw

Insert cap screw and tighten.

Step 8

8.1 Tighten nut to 45 ft lbs

Place lock washer and nut on rod, tighten nut to 45 ft lbs.

Step 9

9.1 Place table upright

Place the assembled table in an upright position.
