MANDATORY CHECKS DURING 5 FREE SERVICE

Ÿ Test drive the vehicle if required for reported troubles, if any.
Ÿ Wash the vehicle, blow dry with air.
Ÿ Fuel line inspection.
Ÿ Inspect throttle free play and operation, adjust if necessary.
Ÿ Clean carburetor, adjust if necessary.
Ÿ Replace air cleaner element.
Ÿ Replace spark plug.
Ÿ Inspect the valve clearance, adjust if necessary.
Ÿ Replace engine oil.
Ÿ Clean engine oil strainer screen.
Ÿ Clean engine oil centrifugal filter.
Ÿ Inspect electric starter operation.
Ÿ Inspect oil circulation.
Ÿ Inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust the drive chain if necessary.
Ÿ Inspect the drive chain slider.
Ÿ Inspect battery voltage and charge if required.
Ÿ Inspect brake shoe wear, adjust if necessary.
Ÿ Inspect stop lamp switch, horn and adjust if necessary.
Ÿ Inspect headlamp focus and adjust if necessary.
Ÿ Inspect clutch lever free play, adjust if necessary.
Ÿ Lubricate the side stand and main stand.
Ÿ Inspect and clean the side stand switch.
Ÿ Inspect whether i3s system is working properly.
Ÿ Inspect nuts, bolts, fasteners and tighten it to the specified torque.
Ÿ Inspect the wheel bearings free play, replace if necessary.
Ÿ Inspect wheels/tyres. Inflate tyre to specified pressure.
Ÿ Inspect and lubricate steering head bearing, adjust if necessary.
Ÿ Inspect front suspension/oil.
Ÿ Inspect rear suspension mounting bushes play, replace if necessary.
Ÿ Check idle CO emission along with idle rpm/idle CO adjustment (if required).
Ÿ Inspect the hoses for deterioration, damage or loose connections and
canister for cracks or other damages.
Ÿ Test drive the vehicle for repair of problems reported.
Ÿ Polish entire vehicle.
