ENGINE OIL LEVEL CHECK
Check engine oil level each day before
operating the vehicle.
Oil level should be between upper (3) and lower
(4) level marks in the oil level window (2).
Do top up if oil level reaches towards the
lower level mark or every 3000 km
whichever is earlier.
ENGINE OIL TOP UP PROCESS
Ÿ Start the engine & let it idle for 3-5 minutes.
Ÿ Stop the engine & park the vehicle on its
main stand on level ground.
Ÿ After 2-3 minutes, check the oil level in the
oil level window (2). It must be between
upper and lower level marks.
Ÿ Add the specified oil by removing the oil filler
cap (1) and filling till the upper level mark.
Do not overfill.

ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT
PROCESS
Drain engine oil with the engine warm and
park the vehicle on its main stand.
Ÿ To drain the oil, remove the oil filler cap and
drain plug (1).
Ÿ After the oil has completely drained, replace
the sealing washer (2) with a new one and
reinstall the drain plug.
Ÿ Fill the crankcase through the filler hole with
0.75 litre (approx.)of the recommended
grade oil.
Ÿ Reinstall the oil filler cap.
Ÿ Start the engine and allow it to idle for few
minutes.
Ÿ Stop the engine and let the engine oil settle
down.
Ÿ Quantity of the oil to be filled is 0.75 litre
(approx.) during oil change.
Ÿ Reinstall oil filler cap & check for oil leaks.
