 Clear event status
 Changing the meter key.
In terms of the STS standard the meter requires 2 token codes to change the key. There is
no sequence between two tokens but the user must enter the second token within 2
minutes after entering the first token otherwise the first token entered will be disregarded.
 Should the first entered token be correctly deciphered：
 Should the Key changing be successful.
 Or, Should the second entered token be correctly accepted
 Then the first token entered correctly
