(6) Other points
If the measurement button (PRESS ON)is
operated while nothing is connected to the
measurement terminals, the galvanometer may
register to the end of the scale. This is not a
defect.
When the measurement button (PRESS ON)is
operated, a high-pitched tone will be heard
from inside the instrument. This is caused by
the oscillator and is not a defect.
