2.3 Filter Function FILTER
The widespread use of switching power
supplies and equipment incorporating
inverter technology can cause harmonics to be
superimposed on the leak current waveform.
1. Press the
FILTER
key. The FILTER indication
appears. The integrated low-pass filter is now
active, cutting off unwanted higher-frequency
components.
2. Pressing the
FILTER
key once more turns the
low- pass filter off, allowing measurement of
leak current including any high-frequency
components. The FILTER indication
disappears.
･ The filter also affects the recording output
and waveform output.
