2.2 Preparing for Measurement
Required Items:
• Phillips screwdriver
• LR6 alkaline battery (2)
Normal procedure
Battery Status Indicator
This indicator is displayed at the top right corner.?
1.
Verify that the instrument is off.
2.
Remove the fastening screws of the battery cover,
using a Phillips screwdriver.
3.
Remove the battery cover.
4.
Insert two new batteries (LR06 alkaline batteries),
taking care to orient them properly.
5.
Replace the battery cover and tighten the fastening
screws.
When new alkaline batteries have been installed
When 2/3 of the battery power remains
When 1/3 of the battery power remains
No battery power remains. Replace with new batteries.
