Before using the instrument for the first time, verify that it oper-
ates normally to ensure that no damage occurred during stor-
age or shipping. If you find any damage, contact your dealer or
Hioki representative.
Does the screen turn on when
the instrument is turned on?
The batteries may be dead.
Replace the batteries and try
again.
The instrument may be mal-
functioning. Have the instru-
ment repaired.
