Measurement
Starting Measurements
1.
Check that the MEASURE key has been turned OFF.
If the key is pulled out, fold it back.
2.
Set the rotary switch to PVΩ.
3.
Press and set the test voltage to 500 V or 1000 V.
4.
Press to release the lock.
5.
Connect the black test lead to the ground terminal.
6.
Connect the red test lead to terminal P of the string.
Note: If a voltage is being generated between terminal
P and ground, there may be deteriorated insulation
performance. If the object to be measured has a
voltage, voltage detection make the display light in red
and white alternately.
