Shutdown method⇒Thoroughly read “3.2 Shut down operation” of Instruction Manual.
Be sure to perform the steps indicated below to complete the ink stop process. If you turn
OFF the power without completing the ink stop process, the following conditions occur.
(1) There is a case that the operation management information (Ink operating time and print
count) and count update will not be stored into memory. If the count function is used, it is
necessary to set the count update (initial value) again at the time of power ON.
(2) Nozzle automatic cleaning will not be performed. Therefore, the nozzle may be clogged.
Method A Press the Stop switch.
(Press for about 2 seconds.)
All operations up to IJ printer power
OFF are performed automatically.
Method B Press the screen button.
