Hitron CDA-RES User’s Guide
Problem: I Cannot Access the CDA-RES or the Internet
1 Ensure that you are using the correct IP address for the CDA-RES.
2 Check your network’s hardware connections, and that the CDA-RES’s LEDs
display correctly (see LEDs on page 14).
3 Make sure that your computer is on the same subnet as the CDA-RES; see The
Status LEDs light up as soon as there is activity on the port IP Address Setup on
page 17.
4 If the above steps do not work, you need to reset the CDA-RES. All user-
configured data is lost, and the CDA-RES is returned to its default settings. If the
problem persists, contact your vendor.
Problem: I Cannot Access the Internet and the DS and US LEDs
