2. Front wheel Assembly
1. Use the No. 5
Allen wrench in the
tool to remove the
headlight fixing screw
indicated by the
arrow in the picture.
4. Install the headlight and front fender hanger on the front fork with the headlight fixing screw,
and tighten the screw with the No. 5 Allen wrench in the tool.
5. Install the front wheel, put the brake
pads into the gap of the brake pads, and
put the front wheel shaft into the front
fork dropout.
6. Unscrew the front wheel
quick release nut and take
out a conical spring.
7. Insert the quick release lever,
and install it with the small end
of the conical spring facing
inward as shown in the picture.
8. Screw on the conical spring
nut of the quick release lever as
shown in the picture, with the
small end of the conical spring
facing inward.
2. Use the No. 15
open-end wrench in
the tool to remove
the front fork
protection stick.
3. Use a No. 4 inner hexagonal wrench to
remove the fender stick fixing screws and
washers pre-installed on both sides of the
front fork, and then assemble the fender
stick and tighten the screws.
