Drechselbank / wood turning lathe D 460FXL
Remove drive shaft in bearing seat and watch
belt and pulse disc against falling
Insert shim on the right side, impulse disc and
new belt pulley and simultaneously carefully
insert the drive shaft
Pat drive shaft from the left with mallet gently
on the bearing seat
WARNING: Pulse disk should be rotated in
reading unit without noise !
If it does change the seat of the shim. Left /
Right on the pulse disc
Put distance sleeve and screw on handwheel
ATTENTION: Lefthand thread !!
1. Push down engine
2. Tighten Allen screw
bearing seat
Pulse disc carefully place in reader !
Circlip only as shim!
Pulse disc speed
Tighten Allen screws after tightening the
wheel (left hand thread)
Screw Allen screw at pulley with
feeling in the longitudinal groove
of the
shaft!
