15.1.1 Cleaning
Clean plastic parts with a damp cloth without cleaning agents.
Machine parts with a damp cloth and possibly a little clean commercial detergent.
Bright surfaces of machine against corrosion impregnate (eg rust inhibitors WD40).
15.1.2 Disposal
Do not dispose of the machine in residual waste. Contact your local authorities for
information regarding the available disposal options. When you buy at your local
dealer for a replacement unit, the latter is obliged to exchange your old

Disconnect the machine from the power supply prior to any checks performed
at the machine itself !
Trouble:
The machine does not start
Reason: Solution:
No voltage in the power grid
A qualified professional must check the func-
tioning of the electricity supplier and the supply
line. Check whether the supply voltage and the
power frequency correspond to the specifica-
tions on the rating plate. There is a deviation
from the value of the supply voltage of ± 5% is
allowed. Check mains fuse. Check cable on
damage etc..
Trouble:
The machine stops during work
Reason: Motor overload
- The tool is too blunt and loads the motor
- A phase does not conduct current (400V)
- Tool is incorrectly applied to the workpiece
